Because our planners are digital files delivered instantly, purchases are generally non-refundable once downloaded.

When we'll help

• A file is damaged, incomplete, or won't open.
• You were charged more than once for the same order.
• You purchased an item and didn't receive access to it.

In these cases we'll send a working file or issue a refund.
